ENTRIES for this year's Coleraine Sports Awards are coming in fast as people vote for who they believe should be honoured at this year's glittering ceremony.
With the countdown well and truly underway, there is still time to put forward the name of a local sporting talent who could become a worthy award winner.
All you have to do is pick up an award form, scan through the various categories and write down the name of the person you wish to nominate. It's as simple as that!
There are a host of awards up for grabs and competition, as ever, will be fierce in these categories, as well as Team of the Year and those awards will reward the unsung heroes of local sport, the administrators, and not forgetting the highly coveted Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year awards.
As ever, the cream of the local sporting world will be in attendance on Awards evening, which this year takes place in Coleraine's Lodge Hotel on Friday, November 14. The special guest on the evening will be BBC NI sports presenter Jackie Fullerton.
Nomination forms are currently available from a number of outlets including the council offices at Cloonavin, Coleriane Leisure Centre and the Chronicle office on Railway Road, main awards sponsors.
